The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 gives people the right to access information held by the University of Strathclyde.

The Data Protection Act gives people rights to access information held about themselves.
The University’s Information Governance Unit is responsible for ensuring the University adheres to its responsibilities under the Act.
