Carly is a very friendly and familiar face to those who have visited the centre in the past two years as well as being a vital cog in the PNDC machine! Carly spoke to us for this week’s “Meet the Team” interview.
Tell us about your role at the PNDC.
I work as an Administrator at PNDC with the main part of my role being responsible for the facilities management of the building, this involves dealing with a variety of people and contractors and also presents some interesting challenges!
How long have you been working here?
I joined the PNDC in May 2018.
What was your background before joining the PNDC?
I previously worked for a local authority providing administrative and business support.
What do you enjoy most about working at the PNDC?
PNDC is an interesting place to work with a great team of people. I enjoy the variety of daily tasks and the opportunities to develop and learn within my role.
What can we find you doing in your spare time?
I’m currently studying towards a business management degree which is taking up most of my weekends! Aside from studying I like finding new places to walk my dog, training in the gym and going out for food.
