Tell us about your role at the PNDC.
I’m a Lead Research & Development Engineer at PNDC. I lead the Network and Demand Side Management theme and the Ministry Of Defence research programme. My time is spent securing and delivering projects with a range of different companies.
How long have you been working here?
What was your background before joining the PNDC?
I completed an MEng in Electrical and Mechanical engineering, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and I worked one year as a postgraduate on the ORIGIN project before joining PNDC.
What do you enjoy most about working at the PNDC?
The variety in the range of projects I’m involved in and the opportunity to learn about and support the development of new technologies as they are being tested and deployed.
What can we find you doing in your spare time?
My main hobby is sea kayaking. I also enjoy reading, cycling, and spending time with friends and family.
